Before joining SmartIR, Raihan held key project and operations roles at organisations including Sweco and Edina, where he supported technical administration, high-voltage commissioning, subcontractor coordination, and service fleet maintenance. He has consistently demonstrated strong capabilities in budget tracking, supplier management, cross-functional team leadership, and regulatory compliance.
His career also includes impactful work in community engagement and non-profit programmes, coordinating youth-led initiatives with North West Media Ltd and Unity Radio. These roles enhanced his skills in project design, evaluation, data reporting, and stakeholder communications.
Alongside his project management experience, Raihan contributed for over 12 years to the success of his family-run business, further developing his operational insight and entrepreneurial approach.
